We wanted to make sure Charlie's first birthday went with a bang.. so what better than this edible Rocket Ship!

The cake is our signature moist chocolate cake - a recipe that we believe is our best. We smoothed the cake off with our finest ganache, and covered in sugar paste. 

The design was made to match a rocket ship that is on Charlie's bedroom wallpaper, and we think it's out of this world!
